Howard Malmstadt

Howard V. Malmstadt was the International Provost and Vice President of Academic Affairs for the University of the Nations (U of N), which he cofounded in 1978. He held a Ph.D. in chemistry from the University of Wisconsin. He served on the faculty at the University of Illinois, overseeing over 60 research students’ doctoral theses. Howard authored and co-authored over 150 journal publications, books, and patents.
