Brian and Kathleen Molitor are the founders of the Malachi Global Foundation. This nonprofit organization is dedicated to the fulfillment of Malachi 4:6 and seeks to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children around the world. The Malachi Global Foundation works closely with churches and men’s ministries to host conferences, seminars, and retreats for men, couples, and fathers/sons/daughters. It also produces a wide range of teaching materials in audio, video, and workbook formats to help parents implement strategies of lifelong mentoring, intentional blessing, and rites of passage for the children in their lives. Brian’s book Boy’s Passage—Man’s Journey helped launch this ministry into many nations.

Brian is also the chief executive officer of Molitor International. His company specializes in consulting and training in interpersonal relationships, organizational development, team building, problem solving, and leadership coaching. He has produced and hosted numerous television programs on various topics including family building. He writes business columns for several magazines and produces many training manuals, videos, and audiotapes used by businesses, ministries, governments, and families throughout the world. Brian is also the author of The Power of Agreement Unleashed and numerous other books.

Kathy is a former registered nurse and administrator of a citywide health clinic. She has spoken at many churches and women’s ministry group functions on the topics of marriage and child rearing.

Brian and Kathy are the parents of four children: Christopher, Steven, Jenifer, and Daniel.
