RETURN POLICY

All products must be returned within sixty days of invoice date.

Products returned must arrive at YWAM Publishing in like new condition.

Please provide a photocopy of the original invoice for each returned item.

Please do not use newspaper as a packing material.

Customer pays shipping cost on returns, as well as freight from original invoice, unless the return is the result of our error.
Credit will be issued using the same method used to pay for the products. If a credit card was used, credit will be issued back to the same credit card. If the original order was paid with a check/money order, a refund check will be issued.
