Following a crisis in the early years of their marriage, Andreas and Angela Frész wished to offer other couples the kind of help they had received. They left their business careers to be trained as Family Life Educators (European Union). Since 1987 Andreas and Angela have been staff members of Youth With A Mission (YWAM). As a family they experienced the blessings as well as the challenges of being a family in ministry. Realizing that the family is the primary vehicle of discipleship and seeing other families struggle and leave the mission field, the Frészes were prompted to write Families in Ministry: How to Thrive, Not Just Survive, dedicated to the development of strong families in ministry. They currently oversee YWAM Family Ministries International.
